As usual, the whole
Penang Times Square is filled with Chinese New Year decorations. Everywhere is all red color, just like the Hokkien's saying "Ang Ang Bo Hai Lang", which literally means "red red no harm to people". Red color is auspicious to Chinese, which believes to bring prosperity and luck, so definitely no harm!
