Challenge 1: Oatmeal for Breakfast

I'm going to start a series of Challenges.
Each challenge would last at least 30 days.
And for those who wanna live a healthy life style..
Or simply wanna challenge me.. =p
Do take up the challenges.

I challenging you!!! 

So guess what,
I'm gonna start with an easy one. ;)

Challenge 1 : Oatmeal for Breakfast

Simple recipe: 8 spoons of oatmeal + hot water = plain oatmeal

Healthy lifestyle starts with a healthy breakfast!
And if you don't think oatmeal is healthy, check this out.

2. help you control your weight

Well, let me make a conclusion.
To be healthy, you don't need a lot of reasons.
You just need one...

You want to be healthy.

  15. I just have oatmeal once a while for dinner, so hard to swallow >.<
