Thanks to Pacific West, baby and I got to try out some of their products, particularly the latest Cheezy Fish Fillets! By now you would have known that we both fancy for cheese, so we got excited just by having the thought of melting cheese in fish fillets!
To actually enjoy the original taste of Cheezy Fish Fillets by Pacific West, baby and I decided to just fry it with Air Fryer and make our own dipping sauces. The simple-to-make 4 dipping sauces are Mint Yogurt Dipping Sauce, Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce, Garlic-Chive Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce and Cilantro Yogurt Chutney.
We rarely buy frozen food but now only I realized that it is so advanced that they can be cooked from frozen and direct from freezer to fryer! How astonishing is that! 😲😲😲 I reckon it is for the ease of cooking for people nowadays, everything needs to be fast and instant. So if you are one of them, the recipes here will be suitable for you!
We put all our dipping sauces into the containers so that they can be kept in the fridge and eat whenever you need it. Other than Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce which uses mayonnaise, I would like to think that all the other 3 dipping sauces are very healthy with Greek Yogurt, herbs and spices.
Mint Yogurt Dipping Sauce
4 Tablespoons of Greek Yogurt
4 Stalks of Fresh Mint Leaves (minced)
2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
1 Teaspoon of Salt to taste
Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt.
Put into a container, seal and refrigerate until well chilled.
Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
4 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
4 Teaspoons of Yellow Mustard
4 Teaspoons of Honey
Stir Mayonnaise and Yellow Mustard in a bowl.
Add in honey to give the sweetness as per liking.
Garlic-Chive Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce
4 Tablespoons of Greek Yogurt
4 Stalks of Chopped Chives
2 Cloves of Garlic
2 Teaspoons of Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoons of Salt to taste
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Put into a container, chill before serving.
Cilantro Yogurt Chutney
4 Tablespoons of Greek Yogurt
4 Stalks of Chopped Cilantro/Coriander/Chinese Parsley
1 Tablespoon of Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Small Green Chili (finely chopped)
Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl.
If prefer less spicy, remove the seeds of green chili.
Put into a container, chill before serving.
