It could be served in the morning, tea break or even supper.
So here I'm going to introduce one of the Penang famous Apom Special.
Apom Telur Cheese + Butter = Apom Special - RM3.00
The Indian boss made the apom special using traditional method - claypot and charcoal.
Interestingly, you would notice that there're burning charcoal on top and bottom.
With that, the heat would be evenly distributed.
With the aroma of butter and egg,
saltiness of cheese complementing the sweetness from the condensed milk...
That makes a YUMMY Apom Special!
Of course, the small roadside stall serves normal apom too.
The stall located right below this huge Orient Fitness board along Jalan Dato Keramat.
This is consider a hidden gem in the busiest road of Georgetown.
You could easily missed the location, so here's the map:
Right Opposite of Jalan Seang Tek.
Finding carpark would be a real headache in that busy road.
So you might want to park your car at Jalan Kuantan.
Jalan Dato Keramat (near Times Square)
Monday-Sunday 5.00pm to 9.00pm
Enjoy and do let me know how you think about it! ;)
