The highlights for the Asian Mash-Up Buffet Dinner are the 5 Spices Roast Lamb, Poached Seafood on Ice, Nyonya Prawns Kerabu, Imam Balidi, Penang Char Koay Teow and Crispy Fried Nestum Prawns.
To add a fusion twist to the buffet, The Asian Mash-Up is also offering a fusion pasta action station whereby classic Italian pasta will be given an Asian twist. Bae and I got to enjoy their pasta dishes such as Sambal Sotong Pasta which I would say that it was oddly tasty, simply amazing! Great combination that I would never expect!
