The authentic American Restaurant - Hard Rock Cafe Penang is launching their new menu on April 2015, thanks for the invitation from the management team, we are glad to be able to try out their delicious new dishes. Hard Rock Cafe Penang has continuously renewing their menu from time to time, and they have never failed to impressed their guests each time. Well, let me show you what they has got to impress you this time :D
New Rockin' Menu at Hard Rock Cafe
As you know this Rockin' cafe is famous for their platters, I still remember we had their CNY Prosperity Platter on our last visit, the portion was huge! Same goes to this time, their new platter - Jumbo Combo is surely big enough for sharing.

The Jumbo Combo platter is actually a wonderful combination of the most famous appetizers in Hard Rock Cafe Penang. These appetizers comprising of Signature Wings, Onion Rings, Tupelo Chicken Tenders, Spinach Artichoke Dip with Parmesan Flatbread, and Bruschetta. They are served with 3 types of dressing which are blue cheese, hickory barbecue, and honey mustard.
Jumbo Combo is a must-try, as you order this you get to try all those popular dishes at once! How good it is, right? Besides, popular dish means they guaranteed a good taste, so you won't have to worry about the big portion, as I bet you are gonna finish all of them ;) We both love this Jumbo Combo, our favourite would be the Spinach Artichoke Dip with Parmesan Flatbread!

Hard Rock Cafe has added Cobb Salad into their new menu too, suitable for those who love to start off their meal with greens. The ingredients of Cobb Salad include grilled chicken, avocado, tomatoes, red onions, egg, seasoned turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese. You are free to choose from their homemade dressings like ranch, honey mustard, Caesar, blue cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, thousand island, and vinegar.

It is undeniable that Hard Rock Cafe is well-known for their scrumptious smokin' burgers. This time they have created a Mexican inspired Fiesta Burger, the beef petty is topped with roasted jalapeno salsa, melted Jack cheese, freshly made guacamole, pico de gallo, crisp lettuce, and vine-ripened tomato. Customers will be informed that the portion of this Fiesta Burger is big, and it's enough for 2 girls to share. Just in case you don't know, Hard Rock Cafe serves only beef burger, but don't worry if you don't take beef, you could request for grilled chicken patty ;)

Hard Rock Cafe shares the same menu all around the world. However, each country will posses their unique local style dishes which you will not able to find in other country. Hard Rock Cafe Penang is offering their new unique dishes which are Tanjung Bungah Ayam Percik and Black Pepper Beef, both of the dishes come with steamed rice.

As I mentioned the food of Hard Rock Cafe comes with big size, so the portion of these local style dishes are relatively big too. Besides, you would be surprised that this American Restaurant could make a really tasty local dish, so I don't think they are overpriced. If you would like to spice up your night, perhaps you could opt for the Black Pepper Beef. It is wok-fried sliced striploin with Chinese style black pepper sauce and served with fresh mixed vegetables.

The newest signature of Hard Rock Cafe - Hickory Smoked Barbeque Beef Brisket is a must-try too! Their Beef Brisket is smoked for 14 hours long, and it is served with seasoned fries, cowboy beans and citrus coleslaw. Henry Darling and a few bloggers who take beef were impressed with the tender-juicy-flavourful beef brisket. Well, I like the presentation of this dish, and of course the fries :P

Yes! Hard Rock Cafe is now serving Oreo Cheese Cake! Somehow, my mind appeared a scene where a group of rock n' roll guys sitting there eating lovely Oreo Cheese Cake, kinda hilarious huh? :P Okay, ignore my silly imagination, their Oreo Cheese Cake is one of the best I've ever had. Their New York style cheese cake is creamy and rich, yet not overly sweet, it is perfect with the crushed Oreo Cookies.

The cafe has a wide selection of drinks, there're alcoholic and also non-alcoholic drinks. Their drinks are so colourful and I guess it is a must to pair with the Jumbo Combo :D

Although smoking is allowed in this cafe, but you will not sense the cigarette smoke odour. According to the asst. Manager, Danish, this is because their air ventilation is really good, you would only sense the smoke smell if you are sitting next to the smoker. Hard Rock Cafe is filled with strong rock n' roll aura, I like the ambience and have to praise the service of the crew, it was really a great dining experience. Alright, let me end this post by dedicating a song to Henry Darling!

**Hard Rock Cafe Penang mostly would be full on Friday and weekends, hence, reservation is highly recommended to avoid disappointment with long queue.**
