Cold Cut Platter consists of Smoked Chicken, Seafood Terrine Jelly,
Smoked Duck with Fruit Mousse, peach and zucchini.
The seafood terrine jelly is something new to me!
It consists of corns, seaweed, red beans and so on.

Wrapping layers of flat wide pasta sandwiching turkey with cheese.

It is actually Swiss rolls cake that act as mold and filled with fruit puree.
After it is turned upside down, the Swiss rolls will become the outer shell.
