Hi there~~ Have you noticed there is a new cozy cafe in Bayan Lepas area? Arang Coffee is located at the shoplots right beside the Olive Tree Hotel. As we know cafe businesses are booming in Penang, however, people like us working and living in the Bayan Lepas area are still wishing to have more cafes for us to hang out without having to drive all the way to Georgetown and suffer the jam.
Well, here're the reasons why I will re-visit Arang Coffee: good service (FOC free-flow lemon water), attentive and friendly waitress, nice ambience, good wifi connection, NO service charge and NO GST.

Chicken Parmigiana is cornflakes crusted chicken leg topped with cheese, the portion was BIG and it tasted good! The outer layer of chicken was thin and crispy and the meat was juicy. However, we don't fancy their roasted potatoes as it were a bit hard or should I say under-cooked? Overall it was a delicious dish, but I would request to change the roasted potatoes to fries next time :P

We like their Smoked Duck Burrito! It comes with fries and salad. The burrito is full of thick smoked duck slices, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and turkey ham.

We like their Grilled Chicken & Cheese Sandwich too! It comes with fries and salad as well. The crispy toasted wholemeal breads were successfully made a simple sandwich not that simple. In addition, I think the chicken and cheese ingredients were great too!

Squid ink pasta isn't something new to me, I personally think the taste was average and the portion was a bit small.

Arang Coffee offers variety type of crepe cakes, all are selling at RM 11. Nowadays, crepe cakes are very common in Penang. Maybe that's the reason I wasn't impressed by their cakes, it tasted not bad though..
