Is that really so?
With all the fast food etc etc?
So I decided to write about the blood screening result I got recently. =(

I AM VERY HEALTHY OK?
My glucose and cholesterol level all normal!
Check out how I can maintain my cholesterol level to be so normal! =p
But.... but.... but.....
Is just that........
I failed at Uric Acid. =(
Normal male level should be 209 to 431.
While I get....
478!!
Freaking 478! Can go buy 4D Toto ad! =.=
And after some research, I realized that...
There are 2 possible causes!
1. Soy Milk!
I bought a carton with 12 boxes inside. =.=
p/s: I'm not blaming any particular brand. ;)
2. Seafoooooodddd!
Especially CRABBBB!!!
I can eat the whole plate!! =.=

So yeah,
am I really health conscious?
I would say half half!
I can resist fast food like Mcd, Kfc etc etc.
But when it comes to crab, seafood & soy milk...
HELL NO!
Eat first think later! >.<
So are you a health-conscious person?
For me, everyone should do medical check up, blood screening etc.
Young people maybe don't need too frequent,
but at least you should know your health level!
Make sure these are not your excuses. ;)

You have to cut down on seafood...ESPECIALLY! Eat cherries, apple cider b=vinegar...all these good for lowering uric acid, and some leaves too. They say boiling pandan leaves and drink the water helps. I put in rice when cooking...

beside soy milk & seafood, tofu and beer is the main factor. Mine was pretty bad 2 years ago. Need to do another check up soon
