This year the Executive Chef Peter and team prepared a wide array of finger-licking good food for the Ramadhan buffet. Starting from the Seafood on Ice, tiger prawn, mussel, snow crab leg, scallop with roe, lobster and oyster are all available.
For Japanese food lover, no worry, sashimi such as salmon, octopus and tuna, and assorted sushi rolls will all still be available at the Ramadhan buffet spread. Some other starters ranging from Ulam-ulaman, Ketupat, Lemang, Serunding, Gado-gado and refreshing salads are available to help kick start your appetite.
The 3 must not miss house specialty highlights, namely Sup Ekor Berempah, Ayam Masak Lemak Cili Api and Bubuk Lambuk Ayam with Condiments, are all highly recommended by Executive Chef Peter to try out during this Sajian Tradisi Ramadhan Buffet.
For the main dishes, St Giles Wembley Penang prepares sumptuous variety starting from Ayam Masak Lemak Cili Api, Daging Masak Halia, Kambing Masak Merah, Sambal Tumis Sotong, Gulai Kepala Ikan, Tempe Goreng with Ikan Istimewa, Bubuk Lambuk Ayam with Condiments, Ikan Siakap Masak Tiga Rasa, Sambal Cincaluk Udang with Petai, Chili Crab, Kepah Masak Tauchu and Kacang Buncis Goreng.
To end the Ramadhan feast on a high note, St Giles Wembley Penang offers assorted dessert such as fruit tarts, assorted Nyonya and Malay Kuih, Cheese Cake, French Pastries, Green Tea Swiss Roll, Pengat Pisang, Warm Chocolate Pudding with Vanilla Sauce and many more.
